You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing or that infringes the rights of others.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans continue to receive updates; the perpetual license covers updates within Filmora 16.
Content
You own the videos you create, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, and you are responsible for ensuring your prompts comply with applicable law.
