Account details: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture so we can create and secure your account.
Usage data: prompts, projects, exports and the plan attached to your account are stored so your creations stay available in My Generations.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) are used to keep the service reliable and to prevent abuse.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the editing workspace, deliver subscriptions purchased through Stripe, respond to support requests and improve the product.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not use your projects to train third-party models.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Data retention and your rights
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by writing to support@filmoraaivideoeditor.lol.
